It depends on your preferences for working out if Beachbody On Demand is worth it for you.
If you prefer to workout by yourself without others around then it is a great fit for your workout style.However if you need the motivation of having others around you to keep your workouts going it might not be the best fit.
The price of Beachbody On Demand you can’t beat. It still comes in less per year than a gym membership with their annual plan. And you don’t have to worry about cost of travel or time commuting to the gym.
You can try it out for 14 days and see if it’s something you would prefer for achieving your fitness or weight loss goals.
In my opinion YES Beachbody On Demand is worth it for me. I have had a membership for a couple years now and find the plans provided are a great option for me. I don’t have to go to the gym everytime I want a workout. I just turn the TV over to the Beachbody On Demand app and do whatever workout I feel like for that day.
